MTAS Photo (More Than A Selfie Photography) is operated by Shaka H Dixon, a sole proprietor. This notice covers our informational call-sheet text messages for potential photography shoots in the United States.

 

Information we use

When you choose to receive call-sheet texts, we use your name, mobile number, shoot details, messages you exchange with us, and a record of your consent and opt-out preferences to deliver the texts you requested and manage those preferences. We ask for your mobile number and verbal permission before sending.

 

Service providers and sharing

We use Textmagic and necessary messaging and telecommunications providers to deliver and support these texts. They process the information needed for that purpose. We do not sell mobile numbers or share mobile opt-in information or consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. We may disclose information when required by law.

 

Your choices

Text-message consent is voluntary and is not a condition of purchasing services or participating in a shoot. Reply STOP to stop our call-sheet texts. You can also contact shaka@needmorethanaselfie.com for help, to withdraw consent, or to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your messaging information. We may retain records needed to honor opt-outs, document consent, or meet legal obligations. Email remains an alternative way to receive shoot information.
